Job description for Sales Development Representative (ADIKARA TRAINING) at Raizing

Raizing is a fast-growing education company specializing in soft skills education for children and teenagers. We are currently seeking a Sales Education Specialist to strengthen our sales team and drive business growth.

Job Description

Promote and sell education programs, training, and learning solutions to individuals, schools, and institutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, students, schools, and corporate partners
Conduct product presentations and education consultations in English and Bahasa Indonesia
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable education programs
Follow up leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales strategies and campaigns
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and customer feedback for management review
Represent the company professionally in meetings, events, and education exhibitions

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in sales, education sales, or training programs is an advantage
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
Strong presentation and public speaking skills
Confident, persuasive, and able to communicate effectively with parents and partners
Target-oriented with strong negotiation and closing skills
Good interpersonal skills and professional attitude
Able to work independently as well as in a team
Familiar with CRM tools and basic reporting is a plus
