Job description for Sales Development Program– Insurance & Financial Services at Samudra Agency

Tanggung Jawab:

1. Melakukan aktivitas sales & konsultasi keuangan (insurance-based)

Mencari prospek, melakukan pendekatan, dan memberikan solusi proteksi & perencanaan keuangan kepada nasabah.

2. Membangun dan mengembangkan bisnis asuransi secara mandiri

Mengelola pipeline, mencapai target produksi, serta mengembangkan income berbasis performa.

3. Mengikuti training, coaching, dan sistem pengembangan dari perusahaan

Belajar skill sales, komunikasi, leadership, dan financial planning secara berkelanjutan.

4. Membangun dan memimpin tim (agency building)

Merekrut, membina, dan mengembangkan tim untuk ekspansi bisnis jangka panjang.

5. Mengelola hubungan jangka panjang dengan nasabah & tim

Memberikan pelayanan berkelanjutan serta menjaga kualitas relasi untuk pertumbuhan bisnis.

Kualifikasi:

1. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 1 tahun dengan penghasilan terakhir minimal Rp5.000.000 per bulan.

2. Tertarik di bidang sales, bisnis, dan industri keuangan (asuransi).

3. Memiliki pola pikir business-minded, menyukai tantangan, dan target oriented.

4. Pantang menyerah, disiplin, serta memiliki kemauan tinggi untuk belajar dan berkembang.
