WHAT YOU'LL DO
1. Write ad copy: short-form as the main focus, long-form as a plus
2. Write video ad scripts for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
3. Write briefs for Team Marketing before every ads shoot
4. Write landing page copy from headline to CTA
5. Work with our graphic designer on ad creatives (you own the message and the angle, the designer owns the visual)
6. Run continuous A/B testing on hooks, angles, and offers. This is the biggest part of the job.
7. rack the performance of your own copy and report what worked, what didn't, and what you'll test next
8. Build and maintain a message bank so winning angles get reused instead of rewritten from scratch
9. Write in two distinct voices: David Noah's personal voice and the Fortis Circle brand voice
10. Coordinate with the ads team on which copy goes live, kapan, dan buat audience yang mana
REQUIREMENTS
1. Minimal 2 tahun menulis copy dengan tujuan sales, bukan konten organik
2. Portfolio of ad copy, sales pages, or scripts with the context behind them: what the product was, who the audience was, what the goal was
3. Able to translate a product's advantage into the right message for the right audience
4. Understand basic marketing metrics (you don't need to run Ads Manager, but you must be able to discuss the numbers)
5. Able to write in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
6. Willing to learn our product and our audience deeply. Nggak harus jago saham, tapi harus mau ngerti.
7. Comfortable having your work judged by performance data, not by taste
8. Strong sense of ownership and able to work at speed without dropping quality
