As a Sales Coordinator, you will serve as a vital link between the sales and operations teams, ensuring effective coordination in the execution of marketing and sales strategies. Key responsibilities include managing sales data, analyzing sales team performance, preparing monthly reports, and supporting the development of sales strategies. You will also coordinate sales activities between internal divisions and business partners while ensuring the smooth operation of all administrative processes. In this role, you will work closely with the sales manager to enhance overall efficiency and sales results.
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility in how you work. Qualified candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major. A minimum of 1 to 3 years of work experience in a related field is an advantage. Required skills include sales analysis, sales strategy, experience in the chemical or oil and gas industries, and an understanding of B2C and B2B sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills, existing connections within the oil industry, experience using Salesforce, and basic knowledge of chemistry will be highly valued.
