Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
Melakukan pembagian target kepada semua Sales (Per Toko & Sales) sesuai dengan deployment yang sudah disampaikan
Melakukan monitoring dan controlling terhadap pemenuhan coverage berdasarkan target per sales
Melakukan monitoring dan controlling terhadap toko
Melakukan validasi terhadap kinerja sales untuk memastikan sales sudah berjalan sesuai dengan SOP
Melakukan monitoring dan controlling compliance sales untuk memastikan mencapai target volume dan productive call
Melakukan review terhadap pencapaian atau kinerja dari tim sales
Kualifikasi :
Pendidikan minimal D3/S1
Pengalaman min. 1 tahun sebagai SPV FMCG (diutamakan)
Jujur dan berintegritas
Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan membina hubungan baik dengan customer
Mempunyai kemampuan membangun kerjasama team yang baik dan berorientasi pada target
Mempunyai kendaraan min. roda 2
Mempunyai Laptop pribadi & HP Android RAM min. 4GB
Mampu bekerja dibawah tekanan dan orientasi tinggi

Operationally, Borwita’s infrastructure includes 43 warehouses, strategically positioned throughout Eastern Indonesia, 432 delivery trucks/vans and 467 delivery motorcycles operating out of 170 branch offices.
