Job description for Sales Coordinator at PT TIANCH GLOBAL INDONESIA
As a Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing merchant partnerships, negotiating with offline store clients, managing the end-to-end sales process, and coordinating with internal teams to drive business growth and achieve company sales targets.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Experience in Sales, Business Development, Account Management, Merchant Acquisition, Client Relations, or related fields is an advantage.
- Candidates with previous experience in food delivery platforms, e-commerce, marketplaces, or related industries are highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proactive, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willing to conduct offline merchant visits and meet clients face-to-face.
- Familiarity with the local merchant and retail ecosystem is a plus.
- Strong willingness to learn and develop skills in sales and business development.
Responsibilities:
1. Identify and approach potential local merchants and brands for business partnerships.
2. Conduct face-to-face meetings and negotiate partnership opportunities with offline store clients.
3. Visit offline stores to introduce company services and build long-term business relationships.
4. Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact and business presentation to negotiation and contract signing.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants to support long-term partnerships.
6. Follow up with merchants after onboarding and provide support throughout the partnership.
7. Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and merchant operations.
8. Monitor market trends, competitors, and merchant needs to identify new business opportunities.
9. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
10. Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates on merchant performance and sales progress.
