Job Description
· Build partnerships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and developers for project opportunities.
· Introduce and present our products to prospective clients based on project needs.
· Identify customer needs and provide suitable design solutions.
· Manage the sales process from initial approach, quotation, and negotiation to project hand-over.
· Develop strong relationships with clients and business partners to support sales growth.
· Achieve sales targets and maintain regular activity reports through CRM systems periodically.
Job Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field, preferably in Architecture or Interior Design.
· Minimum 3 years of experience as Project Sales in premium building material industry.
· Strong network with architects and interior designers.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
· Target-oriented with strong sales closing capability.
· Own vehicle and willing to travel for site and client visits.
