Kualifikasi:

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1, semua jurusan.

Memiliki pengalaman 1–2 tahun di bidang Sales, khususnya produk IT/elektronik.

Memahami produk seperti laptop, PC, monitor, printer, smartphone, networking, accessories, dan perangkat IT lainnya.

Memiliki kemampuan hunting customer, account management, negosiasi, presentasi, dan closing.

Mampu mencapai target penjualan dan terbiasa bekerja berdasarkan KPI.

Berpengalaman menangani customer B2B/corporate, government, education, reseller/dealer menjadi nilai tambah.

Mampu membuat quotation, sales pipeline, forecast, dan laporan penjualan.

Memahami proses penjualan dari identifikasi kebutuhan customer hingga PO dan delivery.

Memiliki networking atau customer base di industri IT menjadi nilai tambah.

Menguasai Microsoft Office/Google Workspace dan mampu menggunakan sistem CRM menjadi nilai tambah.

Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM A/C menjadi nilai tambah.

Bersedia melakukan kunjungan customer dan perjalanan dinas.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, proaktif, percaya diri, target-oriented, dan mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
