Responsible for customer’s overall instore experience by providing customer service, understanding customer’s needs, recommend suitable apparels to suite customer’s need, and offer alternative to customer.
Ascertain customer needs & wants, ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Maintain, replenish and upkeep of store according to brand image and Standards.
Actively maintains a global brand image.
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
Maintain a fully stocked store.
Recommend and display items that match customer needs.
Manage point-of-sale processes.
Actively involve in the receiving of the new shipments.
Keep up to date with product information.
Accurately describe product features and benefits.
Follow all company policies and procedure.
Requirements:
Must be able to work according to Retail Shifts, Weekend and Public Holiday.
Good knowledge of spoken English would be of value added.
Customer service experience will be of valuable.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
