SALES CHAT EXECUTIVE / ADMIN ONLINE

💼 Status: Full Time (Work From Office)

Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Kami mencari kandidat yang komunikatif dan responsif untuk menangani komunikasi dengan calon customer melalui WhatsApp. Posisi ini berfokus pada follow up database, membalas chat, membangun hubungan dengan calon customer, serta menghasilkan leads berkualitas untuk tim sales.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab:

* Melakukan follow up database customer melalui WhatsApp Business.

* Membalas chat dan memberikan informasi produk kepada calon customer.

* Membangun komunikasi yang baik agar customer tertarik menggunakan produk/layanan.

* Menjadwalkan meeting atau presentasi dengan tim sales.

* Menginput hasil follow up ke CRM atau Google Sheets.

* Berkoordinasi dengan tim sales mengenai perkembangan leads.

* Mencapai target jumlah follow up dan appointment setiap hari.

Kualifikasi:

* Wanita, maksimal 30 tahun.

* Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.

* Berpengalaman sebagai Admin Online, Customer Service, Sales Admin, atau posisi sejenis menjadi nilai tambah.

* Terbiasa menggunakan WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, dan Microsoft Office.

* Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi tertulis yang baik.

* Teliti, disiplin, ramah, dan mampu bekerja dengan target.

* Mampu bekerja secara individu maupun dalam tim.

Senin–Jumat : 08.00–17.00 WIB

Sabtu : 08.00–14.00 WIB
