Sales Capability Associate - Ex ELT Tech

Job Description:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive capability development strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
2. Create and elaborate training materials/modules for Agents and Branch Managers (BM) of English Academy Center.
3. Conduct training sessions and workshops for Agents and Branch Managers to improve sales capability.
4. Conduct thorough needs analysis in collaboration with the Commercial Team to identify skill gaps and learning priorities.
5. Collaborate with business leaders, product lines, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of capability development initiatives.
6. Monitor and evaluate the capability development of Agents and Branch Manager on an ongoing basis.
7. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of capability development initiatives.
8. Provide regular updates and reports on capability development progress to relevant stakeholders/management.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a education / english education field.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in sales training, learning & development, with a focus on regional or national initiatives
3. Experiences in Edutech English Language Teaching (ELT)
4. Proven experience in conducting needs assessments and designing/implementing successful capability development programs.
5. Skilled in driving sales performance improvement across regions.
6. Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
7. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
8. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets for performance tracking and reporting.
9. Ability to process multiple information streams and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
10. Proactive, responsive, and detail-oriented.
11. Willing to learn, share knowledge, and collaborate effectively with team members.
