Job description for Sales Booking / Patient Care Coordinator at Lumina Aesthetics Clinic
We are looking for a Sales Booking or Patient Care Coordinator who is passionate about customer service, sales, and building strong relationships with patients. You will be responsible for assisting potential patients, converting inquiries into bookings, and ensuring a smooth patient journey from first contact until appointment confirmation.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries through WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.
- Provide information about treatments, promotions, and clinic services.
- Follow-up with potential patients and maintain good comunication.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Manage booking schedules and coordinate with the clinic team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and patient interactions.
- Achieve individual and team sales booking targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build patient trust.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, telesales, or related field.
- Experience in aesthetic, beauty, wellness, hospitality, or healthcare industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Bali.
