Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets, while monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports.
• Manage commercial negotiations, including pricing and promotional programs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Operations teams to support campaigns, product launches, and smooth order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports, forecasts, and business insights.
• Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Requirements:
• Candidates with a minimum of SMA/SMK or equivalent are welcome to apply; however, a Bachelor’s degree (S1) is preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Key Account Management, or Channel Sales.
• Experience in Skincare, Personal Care, Baby Care, FMCG, Healthcare, or Consumer Goods is preferred.
• Strong network with distributors, retailers, pharmacies, baby stores, or modern trade is a plus.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with willingness to mobile.
