Job description for Sales (Bali or Surabaya Area) at PT. Wahana Adireksa Pratama
Responsibilities
1. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the oil and gas, Petrochemicals, power plants and other industrial sectors by prospecting and networking with potential clients.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product support and service team , to optimize sales efforts and meet customer needs.
4. Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients.
5. Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
7. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the company.
Qualifications
1. Having min. 3 years experience.
2. Having knowledge in Fire Detection Systems.
3. Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the oil and gas industry and other industries
4. Target oriented and self driven
5. Able to work both in a team and independently
6. Good in English for both written and verbal.
7. Having a driving license and able to drive in a good manner.
8. Willing to travel
