Responsibilities:
- Execute online and offline marketing activities
- Create and manage digital content related to sales and promotion
- Manage, qualify, and follow up sales leads
- Conduct customer visits (existing and potential clients) to build relationships and identify business opportunities
- Communicate with potential and existing customers via WhatsApp, email, and phone
- Present and explain products, specifications, and pricing to customers
- Prepare quotations and support the sales process until closing
- Maintain and update customer and lead databases
- Prepare regular reports on marketing and sales activities
Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Experience in marketing, sales, or inside sales
- Good communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable handling multiple tasks
- Familiar with digital marketing tools is a plus (microsoft excel is a must)
