We are a consulting firm specializing in consultancy, training, and system development aligned with ISO (International Organization for Standardization) standards. In essence, we help clients implement ISO standards and achieve certification. Based in Yogyakarta, we operate as a B2B business and have successfully assisted over 300 organizations in the past five years.

Client Acquisition Specialist (B2B Sales)

Responsibilities

  • Identify and proactively approach potential B2B clients for MBO’s training and consulting services
  • Conduct sales meetings to understand client needs, present training solutions, and close deals
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to support repeat business and long-term partnerships
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of MBO’s training & consulting services

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably business or marketing); fresh graduates are welcome.
  2. Strong communication and negotiation skills with corporate clients.
  3. Target-driven, proactive, and persistent in pursuing new opportunities.
  4. Able to manage client relationships and sales pipelines
  5. Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
