Job Description:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve set revenue targets.
- Lead, coach, and monitor the B2B sales team's performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Identify and develop new corporate/business prospects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat orders and loyalty.
- Conduct presentations, negotiations, and closing with clients at the strategic level.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitors to develop the right strategy.
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance evaluations for the team.
- Coordinate with related divisions (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure a smooth sales process.
Requirement:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Marketing/Business.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Prior experience leading a team is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and has a good business network.
- Proficient in Ms. Office/CRM for sales reporting and monitoring.
- Willing to travel/visit clients as needed.
