Job description for Sales B2B SaaS Omnichannel at Aseanindo Network Solution

Kriteria Kandidat Sales B2B Omnichannel SaaS

Memiliki pengalaman minimal 1–3 tahun sebagai Sales B2B, SaaS Sales, atau Account Executive.

Memahami konsep penjualan software berbasis SaaS (Software as a Service).

Memahami sistem Omnichannel seperti WhatsApp API, Call Center, CRM, Live Chat, Email, Social Media Integration, dan Ticketing System.

Memiliki kemampuan prospecting dan mencari leads perusahaan/corporate client.

Terbiasa melakukan cold calling, cold emailing, dan product presentation/demo kepada client.

Mampu menjelaskan solusi digital kepada customer sesuai kebutuhan bisnis mereka.

Memiliki kemampuan negosiasi dan closing yang kuat.

Target oriented dan terbiasa bekerja dengan KPI sales.

Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan presentasi yang baik, baik online maupun offline.

Terbiasa menggunakan CRM tools seperti HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, atau sejenisnya menjadi nilai tambah.

Memiliki networking corporate/customer database menjadi nilai plus.

Mampu membuat penawaran harga dan follow up client secara profesional.

Memiliki kemampuan analisa kebutuhan bisnis customer (consultative selling).

Dapat bekerja secara individu maupun tim.

Pendidikan minimal D3/S1 semua jurusan, lebih disukai dari Marketing, Komunikasi, Bisnis, atau IT.

Memahami dunia teknologi, digital business, dan customer engagement menjadi nilai tambah.

Memiliki attitude yang baik, percaya diri, disiplin, dan berpenampilan profesional.

Bersedia meeting dengan client secara online maupun offline apabila diperlukan.

Nilai Tambah Kandidat

Pernah menjual produk CRM, Contact Center, Omnichannel, ERP, atau software bisnis lainnya.

Memiliki pengalaman handle client enterprise/BUMN/perbankan.

Memahami flow customer service dan customer experience.

Memiliki track record pencapaian target penjualan yang baik.
