Job Description
Identify and prospect potential customers through B2B and B2C channels.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing customers.
Present and explain the company's services, procedures, pricing, and import processes to prospective customers.
Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close business deals.
Follow up on potential leads, convert prospects into customers, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Monitor sales performance, achieve assigned sales targets, and prepare regular sales activity reports.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any major.
Fluent in Mandarin, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate and negotiate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Executive roles.
Good understanding of import processes from China to Indonesia is an advantage.
Proven ability to generate leads, acquire new customers (B2B/B2C), and develop business networks.
Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-oriented with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Willing to travel for business when required.
