Job description for Sales B2B – Business Development Officer at Xprojects Studio

Kami membuka kesempatan bagi Anda yang memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik untuk bergabung sebagai Sales B2B – Business Development Officer. Posisi ini bertanggung jawab untuk mencari dan mengembangkan peluang bisnis baru dengan distributor, pabrik, eksportir, dan buyer skala besar untuk berbagai produk komoditas dan bahan baku industri.

Tugas & Tanggung Jawab

  • Mencari dan membangun database calon customer potensial.
  • Menghubungi distributor, pabrik, eksportir, dan buyer melalui telepon, WhatsApp, email, maupun kunjungan langsung.
  • Menjalin hubungan bisnis dengan calon customer.
  • Menjadwalkan meeting dan presentasi produk.
  • Melakukan follow up hingga terjadi transaksi.
  • Membuat laporan aktivitas dan perkembangan prospek penjualan.
  • Berkoordinasi dengan tim internal terkait kebutuhan customer.

Kualifikasi

  • Pria / Wanita usia 23–40 tahun.
  • Pendidikan minimal SMA/SMK sederajat.
  • Memiliki kendaraan pribadi dan SIM aktif.
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan percaya diri.
  • Terbiasa bekerja dengan target.
  • Bersedia melakukan kunjungan ke customer apabila diperlukan.
  • Memiliki pengalaman di bidang sales atau business development menjadi nilai tambah.

  • Memiliki jaringan distributor, pabrik, atau buyer industri.
