Job description for Sales Auto Parts at KZMall Autoparts Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new customers — workshops, repair shops, spare-parts shops, and dealers.
Conduct sales canvassing and regular customer visits within the assigned territory.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to drive repeat orders.
Introduce and sell KZMall spare parts, matching products to customer vehicle needs.
Follow up leads, quotations, and orders; achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor pricing and market conditions; report to management.
Coordinate with internal teams on stock, pricing, delivery, and customer issues.
Use KZMall's digital platform to help identify parts and resolve customer requests.
Maintain accurate sales records and submit regular reports.
Requirements
Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent.
Prior experience in automotive sales, spare parts, workshop, or retail preferred; strong general sales background also considered.
Confident approaching new customers; good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to do daily field visits/canvassing.
Comfortable with smartphone, WhatsApp, and basic computer use.
Valid driving license (SIM C/SIM A); able to travel for customer visits.
Existing network of workshops/mechanics is a strong advantage.
Compensation & Benefits
