Job description for Sales Associate at Pt 2h Photography

Menyambut dan melayani pelanggan.

Menjelaskan produk dan promo yang sedang berjalan.

Membantu pelanggan memilih ukuran, warna, dan model.

Menawarkan produk tambahan (upselling/cross-selling).

Mencapai target penjualan toko.

Menata dan merapikan display produk.

Melipat, menggantung, dan menjaga kerapian barang.

Mengecek dan mengisi stok di area penjualan.

Membantu proses stock opname.

Menjaga kebersihan area toko.

Membantu proses pembayaran jika diperlukan.

Menangani komplain pelanggan dengan baik.

Membuat laporan penjualan sederhana (sesuai kebutuhan toko).

Mematuhi SOP dan aturan perusahaan.

Bekerja sesuai jadwal shift, termasuk weekend dan hari libur.
