We represent our client, a leading company specializing in precious metals and gold investment solutions. The company provides trusted gold trading and investment services, helping customers build and preserve their wealth through gold.
Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service and deliver a premium shopping experience.
* Promote and sell products both in-store and during events to achieve sales targets.
* Build relationships with customers and proactively identify sales opportunities.
* Maintain store cleanliness, product displays, and daily store operations.
* Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and cashier duties when required.
Qualifications:
* Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably from jewelry, cheongsam, or luxury/premium fashion brands.
* Strong sales, communication, and customer service skills.
* Proactive, agile, and able to take initiative in approaching customers.
* Neat, well-groomed, and able to multitask in a retail environment.
* Willing to work in-store, support events, and follow store operational schedules.
