Job description for Sales Assistant at Heart Troops
Heart Troops is a growing modest fashion brand dedicated to creating thoughtfully crafted pieces based in Jakarta. As part of Heart Troops’ first offline store team, you will play an important role in creating a warm, comfortable, and memorable shopping experience for every customer. This position is responsible for running sales activities, customer service, and daily store operations to ensure the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Placement Area: Jakarta Selatan
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers in a friendly, professional, and proactive manner.
- Help customers find products that suit their needs and preferences.
- Explain product features, promotions, and ongoing offers clearly.
- Actively promote products and contribute to achieving store sales targets.
- Answer customer inquiries accurately and provide appropriate product recommendations.
- Process sales transactions and payments accurately using the company’s systems and procedures.
- Support stock availability in the sales area and assist with product replenishment and visual merchandising according to store standards.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and overall comfort of the store, including its facilities and inventory.
- Collaborate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Perform other store administration and operational duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- Female
- Minimum education: Senior High School/Vocational High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and customer-oriented attitude.
- Confident, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Sales-oriented; motivated to achieve sales targets.
- Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
- Willing to work in shifts and work in weekends & public holidays.
- Previous experience as a Sales Assistant, Store Crew, or similar role in fashion or beauty retail is preferred.
- Candidates living within placement area will be prioritized.
