Job Title

Personal Assistant & Property Listings Coordinator – SKEDUS Estate

About SKEDUS Estate

SKEDUS Estate is a boutique real estate agency in Bali specializing in villa sales, rentals, and investment opportunities. We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and organized Personal Assistant to support our Director and manage our property listings across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Daily Operations & Client Management

• Assist the Director in day-to-day tasks and scheduling.

• Manage client communications (WhatsApp, email, calls) and follow-ups.

• Schedule property viewings and send reminders to clients.

• Maintain updated property availability and database records.

2. Property Listing Management

• Create and update villa listings on Facebook Marketplace, Instagram, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, YouTube, TikTok, and our website.

• Edit property photos on Canva (add watermark, adjust quality).

• Write SEO-optimized property descriptions in English.

• Ensure all listings have accurate maps, prices, and availability.

3. Contract & Documentation

• Prepare rental, sales, and co-broking contracts using company templates.

• Coordinate with owners, clients, and agents for signing via DocuSign.

• Organize and store all documents in Google Drive and Notion.

4. Marketing & Branding

• Manage social media posts for property promotion.

• Follow brand guidelines (colors, logos, tone).

• Refresh and repost listings weekly to maximize exposure.

5. Reporting

• Prepare weekly reports (inquiries, leads, viewings, deals).

• Prepare monthly summaries of performance and market feedback.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).

• Comfortable using WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Google Drive, Canva, and Notion.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks at once.

• Experience in real estate or hospitality is a plus.
