Job description for Sales Assistant at PT Cool Betty Indonesia
Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow up with customers inquiries regarding order status, production status and delivery schedules and provide after-sales support.
2. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
4. Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales reports as needed
5. Assisting in business development
6. Other daily tasks
Requirements:
1. At least a Bachelor's degree in any Major.
2. Passion for beauty and a deep understanding of beauty industry trends. Have experience in Cosmetics industry is a Plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point) & have experience in Manufacturing Software/ERP System is a Plus.
4. Excellent communication skills, sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure.
5. Fluent in Chinese is an advantage.
