Job Description:
- Responsible for leading, managing, and motivating the sales team to achieve established sales targets.
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies for the Greater Jakarta area.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers.
- Training and developing sales team members.
- Ensuring the achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Preparing regular sales reports.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to develop effective promotional programs.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in English (MUST).
- Minimum education: Diploma 3.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Asst. Manager or similar position.
- Experience in the field of Forklifts and/or automotive is highly preferred
- Good understanding of the Greater Jabodetabek market.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
