PERSYARATAN

Minimal lulusan SMA/SMK.
Berpenampilan rapi.
Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi & melayanani pelanggan yang baik.
Dapat berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris adalah nilai tambah.
Lulusan baru atau memiliki pengalaman bekerja di bidang retail minimal 1 tahun.
Pengalaman di bidang elektronik & mobile telecommunication akan menjadi nilai tambah.
Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem shift, dan pada akhir pekan dan atau hari libur.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Membentuk kepercayaan pelanggan terhadap performance perusahaan (toko) dan kualitas barang yang dijual.
Merekomendasikan kebutuhan pelanggan dan membantu memilihkan barang yang sesuai dengan apa yang diinginkan konsumen.
Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan dan melayani complain dari pelanggan dengan baik.
Menginformasikan kualitas barang sampai dengan cara pengoperasian kepada pelanggan.
Melaksanakan Standar layanan Sales Assistant dengan baik.
