SALES APPLICATION ENGINEER

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Application Engineer / Sales Admin (After Order).

Job Responsibilities :

1. Process customer orders by preparing and submitting Sales Orders (SO) to the Procurement Department.
2. Monitor order and product status, including product availability, procurement progress, and delivery schedules.
3. Coordinate the delivery of goods with relevant internal departments and customers to ensure timely delivery.
4. Coordinate the invoice administration process, including ensuring the completeness of supporting documents required for invoicing.
5. Monitor and follow up on orders from order receipt through procurement, delivery, and invoicing processes.
6. Coordinate with Sales Engineer, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, and other related departments to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
7. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, delivery documents, invoices, and other related documentation.
8. Assist in coordinating the resolution of after-order issues, including delivery delays, changes in customer requirements, and product-related concerns.
9. Maintain effective communication and coordination with customers and internal stakeholders to support smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications :

1. Maximum 25 years old.
2. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Metallurgical Engineering, Mining Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or Chemical Engineering.
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar position or related field.
4. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
6. Intermediate level of English proficiency, both written and verbal.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
9. Customer-oriented with a strong commitment to providing good service and customer satisfaction.
10. Willing to be placed in Bekasi, West Java.
