1. Client Consultation and Assessment

• Conducting initial assessments to understand clients' health, fitness, and wellness goals.

• Educating clients on the benefits of specific products or services (e.g., supplements, gym memberships, wellness programs) in a clear and professional manner.

2. Driving Sales and Achieving Targets

• Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets through persuasive, consultative, and ethical selling techniques.

3. Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

• Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer retention, satisfaction, and repeat business.

4. Product and Service Demonstrations

• Demonstrating how to use wellness products or guiding prospective members through facility tours, highlighting features that match their specific needs.

5. Creating Personalized Wellness Solutions

• Designing tailored product packages or wellness programs that align with individual client goals, budgets, and lifestyles.

6. Lead Generation and Prospecting

• Proactively seeking out new business opportunities through cold calling, social media outreach, community events, and following up on inbound inquiries.

7. Sales Administration and Tracking

• Managing client records, processing transactions, and accurately updating the company's CRM database with sales and interaction histories.

8. Handling Client Feedback and Complaints

• Serving as the primary point of contact for client issues, providing prompt, empathetic, and effective solutions to maintain trust.

9. Staying Updated on Industry Trends

• Continuously improving product knowledge and staying informed about the latest trends, research, and competitor offerings in the health and wellness industry.

10. Team Collaboration and Event Promotion

• Collaborating with marketing teams, fitness instructors, or nutritionists to promote health events, workshops, and new product launches.
