Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets and expand client base.
• Handle client inquiries, prepare quotations, and close sales deals professionally.
• Manage end-to-end reservation process including booking, amendments, and cancellations.
• Coordinate with hotel partners regarding room availability, rates, and special requests.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Monitor booking status, deadlines, payments, and rooming lists.
• Ensure accuracy of all reservation data and proper system input.
• Handle issues related to bookings and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to optimize sales performance.
Requirements
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales/reservations (Umrah/Hajj or hospitality preferred).
•Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
•Able to multitask and handle both sales and operational duties.
•Detail-oriented and well-organized.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation systems.
•Fluent in English.
