Job Description
Responsible for generating revenue through events, exhibitions, corporate sales, partnerships, and offline promotional activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop event, exhibition, and activation opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, communities, and strategic partners.
- Develop corporate sales and partnership programs to increase revenue.
- Plan and execute offline promotional activities and booth activations.
- Generate and manage qualified sales leads.
- Prepare partnership, sponsorship, and sales proposals.
- Monitor event and promotional performance.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Maintain sales pipeline and activity reports.
- Collaborate with outlet teams to maximize promotion effectiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Event Marketing, or Promotion.
- Strong networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and able to work independently.
- Experience in managing events, exhibitions, or partnerships is preferred.
- Willing to travel and attend promotional activities when required.
- Willing to be located at Alam Sutera
