Job description for Sales and Partnership Specialist at PT Alam Anugerah Lestari
Job Description:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and strategic outreach
- Manage the full sales cycle from presentation to negotiation and closing
- Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with brands, vendors, and institutions
- Serve as the key point of contact for partners, ensuring satisfaction and identifying upselling opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to support business strategy
- Collaborate with Marketing & Product teams to align campaigns with partnership initiatives
- Support management in achieving overall business targets and growth objectives
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Communication, or related fields
- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B and/or B2C Sales, Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Account Management (experience in Luxury, Banking, or Wellness industries is a strong advantage)
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end client acquisition, partnership development, and revenue generation
- Preferably experienced in high-ticket sales, premium client handling, and strategic business partnerships
- Strong network or access to potential leads within premium/luxury wellness markets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Bahasa Indonesia & English
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics (ROI, conversion rate, etc.)
- Target-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a high-performance environment
- Proven ability to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
