Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement sales and operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities.
Sales Management:
Lead the sales team, setting targets and monitoring performance.
Design and execute programs to enhance sales effectiveness.
Operational Management:
Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Implement and oversee quality management systems.
Customer Engagement:
