About the Role
The Sales & Marketing is responsible for connecting our high-quality furniture products with the right clients. This role involves mapping out the market, building long-term business relationships, and ensuring that every client’s furniture requirements are seamlessly executed by the production team. This position blends strong business acumen, persuasive communication skills, and a foundational understanding of aesthetics.
Core Responsibilities
- Proactively seek out and identify new sales opportunities by prospecting potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and offer consultations on material selection, design, and furniture customization aligned with the client’s project concept and budget.
- Oversee the negotiation process, quotation preparation, and deal closing to drive sales.
- Maintain long-term client relationships to foster repeat orders and business referrals.
Supporting Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the estimating, drafting, and production teams for pricing calculation and technical fabrication details.
- Monitor current furniture market trends, competitor pricing, and industry demands.
- Generate periodic sales reports and track prospect statuses within the companys management system.
- Handle client inquiries or feedback to preserve the company’s brand reputation and image.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales & Marketing (preferably in the furniture or interior design industry).
- Strong network of architects, contractors, or property developers in Bali.
- Strong persuasive communication, solid negotiation skills, and a basic understanding of furniture materials and technicalities.
- Fluent in spoken and written English.
- Good personality, positive attitude, and a strong team player.
