Job description for Sales and Marketing at Coune Lab Works
Coune LabWorks (CLW) is a creative technology studio building interactive installations, kinetic art, AV systems, and robotics. From wild ideas on a whiteboard to actual working circuits. Now we're looking for someone who can turn these works into real business opportunities and close them.
What We're Looking For 🎯
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in any field — mindset matters most (Management or Marketing is a plus)
- Max 30 years old
- Minimum 1–2 years of work experience (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Based in Bandung
- Comfortable working target-based and self-driven
- Can build clean, convincing pitch decks for clients
- Strong communication & negotiation and knows how to read the room
- Digitally fluent and comfortable with tools like Notion, Google Workspace,Canva and AI
- Experience with or a solid grasp of B2B (agencies, brands, event organizers, developers, corporates)
- A network in the creative, event, or brand activation scene
- Understands the basics of tech/installation work (no need to be technical just able to grasp the concept)
- Ready to meet clients or do site surveys in Bandung or Jakarta area
Job Scope 📋
- Find, approach, and close potential clients (brands, agencies, EOs, corporates) for installation & creative tech projects
- Build and maintain strong client relationships from first contact to after-project
- Create proposals, quotations, and pitch decks together with the team
- Bridge client needs to internal teams (production, technical, design) so execution stays on point
- Contribute to CLW's marketing & branding strategy (content, positioning, exhibitions/events)
- Track sales targets and deliver regular progress reports
- Research creative tech market trends & competitors to spot new opportunities
