We’re Hiring: Sales – Submersible Pump
Location: Tambun, Bekasi
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time
What You’ll Do
• Drive sales for submersible pump products and meet monthly targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and contractors.
• Provide technical advice and solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate deals, and follow up on orders until delivery.
• Collaborate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.
What We’re Looking For
• Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 1+ years experience in pump sales or related industrial products.
• Technical knowledge of submersible pumps is a must.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Target-driven, motivated, and proactive.
• Active driver’s license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel.
• Familiar with MS Office and CRM tools.
• English proficiency is a plus.
