Requirements
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken — this is a mandatory requirement.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Hospitality, Travel, or related industries.
- Experience in the Indonesian Umrah, Hajj, travel, hospitality, or tourism industry is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to develop new clients, maintain existing accounts, and achieve sales targets.
- Familiar with WhatsApp Business, email communication, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
- Willing and able to conduct sales visits, client meetings, exhibitions, networking events, and business trips when required.
- Target-oriented, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as as part of a team.
- Strong ability to follow up leads and convert prospects into business opportunities.
- Willing to work in Jakarta and travel within Indonesia when required.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Driving business growth through B2B sales, client acquisition, relationship manahement, market development, and marketkng activities within the Indonesian Umrah and travel industry
- Identify and approach potential travel agents, Umrah operators, wholesalers, and business partners.
- Develop new customer accounts and expand ASTONEAST's business network in Indonesia.
- Conduct sales calls, WhatsApp outreach, email communication, online meetings, and face-to-face meetings with potential clients.
- Present ASTONEAST's hotel products, rates, facilities, and services to prospective clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, offers, and commercial proposals.
- Negotiate rates and commercial terms within the company's guidelines.
- Follow up on leads and opportunities until they are converted into bookings or business partnerships.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business development objectives.
- Support the implementation of sales and marketing campaigns for ASTONEAST products.
- Promote hotel products through WhatsApp, social media, email, sales visits, exhibitions, networking events, and other relevant channels.
- Prepare and distribute promotional materials, hotel information, offers, and product updates to clients.
- Assist in organizing and participating in exhibitions, travel events, sales missions, and industry networking activities.
- Support the development of marketing content and promotional materials for the Indonesian market.
