About the role
Sales & Marketing Staff responsible for increasing sales of training and certification programs through sales activities, business development, and marketing.
Key responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for training and certification programs on a routine/weekly basis
Identify and develop new potential customers from companies/industries, universities, communities, and individuals
Conduct B2B outreach, including contacting prospective clients, visiting companies or campuses, presentations, pitching, and follow-up until sales are closed
Build and maintain relationships with customers and potential partners
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase awareness and sales of programs
Manage company social media, including creating content plans, developing content ideas, posting, and evaluating performance
Assist in creating promotional materials and campaigns for training and certification programs
Monitor market trends and identify new marketing opportunities
Create reports on marketing activities, sales pipeline, and target achievement
About you
Minimum D3/S1 qualification from any field
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or digital marketing
Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Confident and comfortable conducting sales both directly and through digital communication
Willing to visit companies, industries, universities, and other prospective customers
High initiative, target-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently
Understanding of social media and content marketing fundamentals
Able to use Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
