Job Description:
- Execute marketing activities to attract new patients and maintain relationships with existing ones.
- Build strategic partnerships with external partners such as hotels, villas, corporations, and insurance companies.
- Implement various promotional strategies including canvassing, event marketing, and collaborations.
- Work towards achieving monthly targets for new patient visits.
- Conduct active follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects and partners.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and target achievements.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum D3/S1 in any field, preferably in Marketing, Communication, or Business.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare industry.
- Excellent communication skills, persuasive, and target-oriented.
- Willing to work in the field and conduct regular external visits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Owning a personal vehicle is an advantage.
