Job description for Sales and Marketing Staff for Construction Service at PT. Toa Tunas Jaya Indonesia
TASKS and RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying Business Opportunities by continuously looking for potential projects and clients, such as Government tenders, private developments, industrial plant expansions, Infrastructure projects, oil & gas / marine / mining projects, etc.
- Client Relationship Management
- Tender and Proposal Coordination
- Negotiation and Contract Closing
REQUIREMENTS
- Education : Having a minimum bachelor’s degree from a reputable University majoring in Business, Economy, Engineering, Law and others.
- Basic skills set : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia ; Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) ; Client acquisition, networking, proposal presentation; market expansion and strategic partnership
- Advance skills set : Negotiation; Communication; Relationship building; Commercial awareness ;Technical understanding ; Presentation skills ; Contract understanding
- Mandatory Experience : Having been working in similar construction industries for at least 5 (five) years; Experience in sales at a state-owned construction company (BUMN); Strong connection with Government-related institutions.
