Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Marketing & Sales Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance the our brand presence.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences in the Petshop and F&B Industry.
- Manage and optimize the restaurant’s online presence, including social media platforms, website, and online reviews.
- Create engaging content, including promotional materials, newsletters, and social media posts.
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities for catering, events, and special promotions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, local businesses, and community influencers.
- Plan and execute promotional events and campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales.
- Collaborate with local organizations and businesses for cross-promotional opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze marketing and sales performance metrics to assess effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing and sales, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Skills:
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
