Sales and Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team in the Telecom & CME Tower industry. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to develop their career in sales and marketing, with opportunities to learn and grow within the telecommunications infrastructure and tower construction sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in executing sales and marketing strategies to support business growth
• Identify and approach potential clients, including telecom operators, contractors, and infrastructure companies
• Support client relationship management by responding to inquiries and providing relevant information
• Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and sales presentations
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and update reports regularly

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
• +2 years of experience in sales or marketing in Telecom/CME Industries
• Basic understanding of sales processes, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Highly motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) & Google Product
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Willing to be placed in Cipondoh, Tangerang
