We Are Hiring: Marketing & Sales – Maklon & Souvenir Division

Roman Studio Perfume is expanding.
We are looking for a driven and strategic Marketing & Sales professional to develop our Maklon (Private Label Perfume Manufacturing) and Custom Souvenir (Wedding, Corporate & Event) divisions.
This role is designed for individuals with strong B2B sales capability, negotiation skills, and the ability to build long-term client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maklon (Private Label) Development
- Identify and acquire new brand owners, UMKM, influencers, and corporate clients
- Present maklon proposals including MOQ, costing structure, and product positioning
- Manage negotiation process and drive deal closing
- Maintain structured sales pipeline and client database
- Develop repeat orders and long-term strategic partnerships
2. Souvenir Sales (Wedding, Corporate, Event)
- Establish partnerships with wedding organizers, event organizers, and corporate HR/procurement teams
- Offer customized perfume souvenir packages
- Prepare tailored proposals aligned with client needs and budgets
- Achieve monthly sales targets
3. Strategy & Reporting
- Develop B2B and B2C sales strategies for both divisions
- Monitor performance metrics and provide sales forecasting
- Identify market opportunities and product development insights
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in Sales/Marketing (B2B experience preferred)
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills
- Target-oriented and performance-driven
- Well-organized with strong client management capability
- Understanding of branding and product positioning is an advantage
