What You'll Do

Mengembangkan strategi dan aktivitas sales & marketing untuk mencapai target bisnis.
Mencari dan mengembangkan customer, channel, partner, dan business opportunities baru.
Memahami kebutuhan customer dan perkembangan market untuk menemukan peluang penjualan.
Membangun dan menjaga hubungan dengan customer, partner, dan key accounts.
Menyusun dan menjalankan sales/marketing campaign bersama tim terkait.
Melakukan market & competitor analysis.
Memonitor pencapaian target dan menyusun improvement plan.

What We're Looking For

Minimal D3/S1 Marketing, Business, Management, Communication, atau bidang relevan.
Pengalaman min. 3 tahun untuk pekerjaan sejenis.
Memiliki pengalaman di Sales, Marketing, Business Development, atau bidang terkait.
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Memiliki kemampuan membangun relationship dan networking.
Commercially minded, target-oriented, dan memiliki strong ownership.
Mampu membaca market dan mengidentifikasi business opportunities.
Proaktif, energetic, adaptable, dan comfortable menghadapi challenges.
