Responsibilities:
- Responsible for achieving sales target in branch with customer focus mindset.
- Responsible for developing and managing team to pursue sales target and excellence customer satisfaction.
- Identifying and establishing contact with potential clients proactively, negotiating the agreement and closing down sales
- Maximize business relationship and performance with existing clients in Indonesia
- Meeting sales goals and targets set by the company
- Monitoring and reporting the potential collaborations and competitors activities and identifying business threats and opportunities
- Producing regular sales and marketing reports, drawing up appropriate action
- Plans to respond to the business situation
- Ensuring effective communication within the sales, marketing, customer support and purchasing units to maintain a good business performance
- Initiating market research cases and analyzing their findings
- Following the company’s policies to control the client’s payment and credit partner.
