Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
- 3+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing, ideally within nightlife, hospitality, F&B, or entertainment industries
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset — comfortable analyzing sales reports and campaign performance
- Creative eye for content and event promotion
- Fluent in English; additional local language(s) a plus depending on market
- Outgoing, well-connected, and comfortable networking within the local hospitality/entertainment scene
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple events/campaigns simultaneously
- Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented
Responsibilities
- Build and manage relationships with promoters, influencers, corporate clients, and VIP guests
- Set and track weekly/monthly sales targets in coordination with management
- Negotiate partnerships and group bookings (corporate events, birthdays, private parties)
- Manage a network of promoters/affiliates and oversee commission structures
- Coordinate influencer and PR partnerships to boost brand awareness
- Manage the club's online presence, reviews, and reputation across platforms (Google, Instagram, TripAdvisor, etc.)
- Plan promotional events, theme nights, and collaborations with artists/DJs/brands
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep the brand positioned competitively
- Track and report on sales performance, campaign ROI, and customer acquisition costs
- Coordinate with venue operations, F&B, and event teams to ensure smooth execution of promoted events
- Provide regular reports to ownership/management on KPIs (foot traffic, revenue growth, social engagement)
