Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Property Sales & Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
• Extensive network within the property industry is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of property sales processes, customer acquisition, and market trends.
• Results-driven, analytical, and customer-focused.
• Experience in launching and selling residential, commercial, or mixed-use property projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to achieve business targets.
• Lead, coach, and manage the Sales & Marketing team to maximize performance.
• Drive property sales through direct channels, telemarketing, digital marketing, and property agents.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, property agents, and business partners.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and management reports.
• Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
