Job description for Sales & Marketing Manager at PT. Kaya Mulia Anugrah (Gonegani & PAYU.)

Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Sales & Marketing Manager for retail company. You will be responsible for leading the sales and marketing team and driving business growth. Your day-to-day tasks will include developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, analyzing market trends, and overseeing the sales team's performance. This is an on-site role located in Bandung.

Qualifications

Graduated from reputable university with proven track record minimum 8+ years experience in sales and marketing in retail industry (strong in online sales)
Having a strong sales analytical skills, Marketing (include Digital Marketing, SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads), Sales, B2B and Sales Team Management
Account Management and Team Management
Strong leadership and communication skills, with minimum 4+ years in Sales & Marketing leadership position (as Supervisor or Asst Manager)
Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities
Experience in the retail fashion industry is a plus, handling international brand will be an advantage
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Having experience fashion brand is a plus & will be a priority candidate
Willing to work WFO in Bandung.
