Job description for Sales & Marketing Manager at PT Trusur Unggul Teknusa

Technical Knowledge/Experience

 Extensive industrial experience in the Environment Technology, Instrumentation & Control,

Power, Chemical, Petrochemical, F&B Plant Process Control,field. Previous management

responsibility in a management role and/or role involving direct Client negotiation for high

value complex Projects, thereby having successfully managed both teams of people and

high value budgets.

 Clear understanding of the Renint Market specifically related to Automation products,

solutions & services. Knowledge of the market, Clients, Competitors, Suppliers, approval

processes essential.

 Results orientated, process driven (process, tools, people),Strategist with high level of

commercial awareness, Contractually sound, highly motivated

 Experience in domestic and global markets

 Must be able to communicate effectively with wide range of people both internally and

externally.

Educational Requirements

 Degree and/or recognized engineering qualification. Preferable, chemical, physics,

machine, electrical and instrumentation engineering education background

 Gain in-depth understanding of customers and market to provide added-value inputs

for the company.

 Cascade and monitor Sales objectives, main milestones and strategy,

manage/support major changes and adapt the objectives & strategy accordingly in

order to ensure order intake targets, gross margin and customer satisfaction.

 Coordinate and monitor Sales activities to ensure that all the potential and

consolidated customers are identified and made aware about our offering and to

reach the target in orders level.

 Participate and/or lead price negotiation regarding the most relevant projects.

 Cascade and monitor Tendering’s objectives and strategy in order to ensure

alignment with our group’s guidelines and customers’ requirements.

 Leverage on the experience of the Sales department in the definition of product

market and customers’ approach.

 Support the Director/CEO with relevant information and KPI regarding Commercial

activities.

 Support the Director/CEO in 3YP sales targets and commercial strategy definition.

 Be proactive part of the Top Management Committee by providing relevant advice

and input regarding, on-going customer relations, sales, successes, issues.

 Be a proactive part of the Top Management Committee by proactively coordinating

with heads of functions to ensure alignment and acknowledgment of main issues.

 Lead continues improvement in Sales and Tendering processes at Renint.
